They quickly spread out, dodging to the ground, just in tto avoid several explosions.
That was a narrow escape. If they hadn't reacted so fast, they might have been seriously hurt. Their ears were ringing, but thankfully, they were all right.
"They were indeed prepared," the team watching from a distance gritted their teeth.
"Charlie, I'll take speople and go over," Patricia said with a grim look in her eyes.
"Stay here,” Charlie said after a glance at Patricia, then rushed forward with his team.
He understood that a swift assault was necessary, otherwise, they’d deplete their forces at the gate.
"Hey..." Doretta called out instinctively as she watched Charlie charge ahead, but there was nothing she could do but watch him go.
Gritting her teeth, Doretta also led her team to provide support. It seemed there was no alternative but to breach the base as quickly as possible.
Taking a deep breath, Patricia looked up at Jared and said, "Mr. Johnston, I'm going to help." She was here to assist, and she couldn't just stand back and watch.
